I first painted homes in the summer of my senior year of high school. My family has lived within the Reston area for over thirty years. My painting company helped me acquire an undergraduate degree from Goerge Mason University in Public Administration and a masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Clinical Social Work. I painted homes all through my years at school.

When I think back of all the things I didn't know about painting when I first began, it seems implausible that my company would grow and be the success it has become. I've learned many things about customer service and the actual techniques and methods necessary for running an efficient, profitable, reliable and trustworthy company. We are proud of the professional approach we bring to the painting field. It is very different from many other companies painting houses today.
The basic components to our success may appear simple because they are. However, they have proven to be incredibly effective and useful for me and my customers. I believe in completing only one job at a time; from start to finish. My projects start with a signed contract and a clear understanding of what that project entails, including your expectations. Your concerns become our priorities. When the work is completed, we walk the job together to insure everything has been completed as promised.
When I hire someone to work on my home, I take notice immediately to the time it takes the contractor to get back with me. I make note if they are on time for the estimate, or arrive for the work when they promised. I also look for the details. Is this contractor licensed and insured? I also want to see, in writing, the details of the job proposed. Who is buying materials, what type and quality of products will be used and what if something unexpected arises on the job? I do my best to cover all these issues and a great deal more with my customers. Nobody likes surprises and unexpected added costs.
I treat my customers the way I want to be treated. Honestly, respectfully and with integrity. My staff is trained to perform their jobs in the same professional manner. This combination is why 80% of our work comes from repeat customers or direct customer referrals.
